 Subject: backseat headrest?

We've got a 1996 Dakota clubcab, which suits our young family of four. But our girls are getting bigger, moving out of their booster chairs. This means that their heads now reach above the back bench. I'm worried about their heads getting hurled into the rear window in the event of a crash. Does anyone know of an aftermarket solution to this problem? E.g., are there some sort of headrests available?

I share your concern. I have a 1994 Dakota Sport and at 6'4" tall I have always feared being rear-ended and the back of my cranium cracking the rear window. I asked around but have not found any answers. Just wondering if you ever came up with something?
