 Subject: Shift Light

I've got a 2004 CC w/ 4wd, 4.7, 5-spd. When I start the truck, the shift light arrow in the center of the tach lights up. After that it never comes on while driving. Not that I'm complaining. Its just that I'm wondering if mine is the exception or if everyones doesn't work.

Mine does'nt work either (03' 4.7L). There was a long post on it a while ago (you might find it if you search). I think the general concensus was that nobodys worked. I don't know why, maybe some one else can expalain that for you.
