 Subject: tranny slips just after it gets into 2nd

I just put the performance computer in my truck.Was great at first,really crisped up the shifting with the increased shift points.Not too many weeks later though,I brought it to the dealer for the tranny flush,and band adjustment.I had lost 2nd gear.Ended up being the band,it had snapped right off.It was fixed,extended warranty paid for it.But now after shifting into 2nd,it kind of rev's up for a second or two...and then behaves fine the rest of the way.I have taken it back a few times,and murphy's law,it didnt do it.I will get it to screw up for them eventually,but I am wondering if anyone has info on this particular problem.Thanks.
