This is a plea to all dakota and dakota r/t drivers. The mopar events need your particiation. The reason I'm asking for this in some mopar events have stopped having dakota shootouts. Because not enough trucks are showing up for the events. I can't beleive as proud dakota owners we would let this happen. All these track like Bristol motorspeedway (thundervalley) are having mopar events (MAY 28-30). and are not having a dakota shootout. Because of the particiationin the past. I have personally talked to the track director. He said," they would add the dakota shootout if at lease 16 trucks would show up and run. I have so far gotten 5 a mix of dakota and R/T drivers. Please show your paricipation and come down to bristol. Or the dakota shootout will be a thing of the past. I know as dakota driver/racer myself i don't want to see that happen. I want to get a head count of the trucks that are coming. So i can tell the track director to have the shootout. Please email me at Matthew.Phipps@andrew.com. Please attend....

Matthew: Just visited the Bristol website and YearOne site, I didnt see a Mopar events scheduled for the end of May. (Dissappointed that YearOne isnt going to be there). I would like to go, but want to be sure its really on. Can you tell me where you saw the event published?? Thanks.
