Hi,
My foglight lenses are cracked and I want to replacce with something that won't. Are there any aftermarket fog lights that are a direct replacemnet (I don't want to have to re-wire anything)

There are none that are a "direct replacement". The wiring is the easy part, simply cut and splice.
I installed PIAA 510's in my '01 Sport a month or so ago. The wiring only took 10 minutes. But I had to fabricate mounting brackets to make it all fit right.

There are OEM style aftermarket fog lights available, but they will probably still crack like the OEM lights since the lenses are plastic. I replaced both of mine since they were cracked, think they were about $30-$40 each online from the Headlight Warehouse. These look just like the factory units and use the stock bulbs, harness and mounting points. Just bolt it on, pop in the bulb, plug in the harness and aim the light.
.bob, how did the PIAA's fit into the stock lower facia after you made the brackets, exact fit or did you have to do cutting on the facia? Are the lenses of the PIAA lights glass or plastic?

does anyone have or seen approx. 4" diameter grills that would fit over our fog lights??

The PIAA's are almost an exact fit in the stock hole. The lens retainer screws on the sides of the housings rub a little, but not much. They look bigger than stock, even though they are not.
