I found this on ebay, but I'm kinda suspicious because I thought all R/T's were loaded up with every power option, but this one has crank windows. Am I wrong, or is this truck a fake?

Not sure, but the decals look like they are too high on the door, and on the T-gate "5.9 R/T" on the R.side looks too close to the centre/handle. Also, the suspension looks a bit high for an R/T, sort of like a regular cab sport would look.
You could probably find an internet site that would decode the VIN, not sure though.
Crank handles don't realy mean much, I drove a '99 when I was looking to buy and it had 'em. (of course the dealer wanted more than I ended up paying for my loaded, fewer miles '00 club cab R/T that I ended up with!)
Buyer beware, as with anything on the internet and esp. on eBay!!

hopefully this comes up carfax's vin decode says v8 5.9L and if i remember correctly the only way to get a 5.9 in a rc is an r/t

It is a real R/T.
Not all R/T's came with every power option, especially in the 98-99 model years - you could get them with manual windows/locks, no A/C, 3.55 gears, etc.

Get the VIN (of course he could lie about the VIN) and give it to
the dealer. Make them figure it out.

If you see a "Z" in the vin it's a 5.9
2000 CC R/T 52mm TB, M1, 2.02 R/T heads (polished chambers), headers 3.5" exhaust, flowmaster 40 single, MP PCM, removed engine driven fan(It's back on now Damnit), MSD ign-BTM, Taylor "409" plug wires with boots, Keith Black pistons, 5140 rods, ARP head studs, Hotchkis suspension 2/3 drop, Transgo shift kit, lot's of little stuff! eye trip is right the "Z" in the vin is the 5.9 , and no not all of the R/T's are loaded. My brother has a 99 R/T and has no power options and only a tape deck but my 00 R/T has all options.

1st reason to conclusion____ Its sit up like a SLT
2nd_________it is just a SLT with the decals R/T painted on the tail gate.
3rd_____ Of course you can fake anything on Ebay.

It says its a salvage title so there could be alot of non R/T parts on it . Might not even be R/T frame. Its probley two trucks put together.
