Message:
Two days ago I used "Gunk engine cleaner" and now the truck is hard to start in the morning when the engine is cold.
For a couple minutes it'll stall when I release the accelerater.
Before I sprayed the gunk on I covered the air intake and electrical contacts then hosed it off before uncovering. I then ran the truck for 15 minutes with the hood closed as recommended.
Once it warms up it runs great, any ideas.
BTW, it's a 3.9 auto

Message: Still some moisture trapped in the electronics. Try leaving the dist cap off for awhile. Also, likely that you got some of the sensors wet and they're still shorted. In time it will dry. You might look at the AIS and MAP sensors, and the temp sensor, which is behind the thermostat.

Message: OK thanks Bob, I'll pull the cap off for awhile and see if that helps.
I thought maybe I'd screwed up the computer somehow.
