 Subject: Truck covers

Does anyone think they know what the best truck cover is for under 250 bucks? I remember seeing in a mag that a company would send you a camera and have you take certain pictures of the truck and give some measurments of the truck and they would custom make one for you. Has anyone heard of it. Just looking for the best cover i can get for outside weather.
