Subject: '87 Dakota Seats IP: Logged
Message: I have an '87 Dakota with a bench seat that tends
to aggravate a bad back problem I have. I have
access to some '89 Dodge Caravan front bucket seats.
How much work would be involved in mounting the
van seats in the pick up truck? Is it worth the
effort or more work than it's worth?
I like the truck and the ride quality but can't
take sitting in it very long due to my back and
the seat not getting along.
Any help greatly appreciated...

Message: The bucket seats have been in it for over a year.
Only had to drill four holes. The bench outer
tracks fit the buckets exactly.

was.
