I personally use the flowmaster catback but it is not stainless. I think I would use the Gibson Stainless single 3" cat back.

I was really cheap when it came to a catback. I had a local muffler shop bend some 3" pipe and weld in a two stage flow master. It sounds great is stainless steele, cost me only two bills and my mpg went up.

Given your criteria, BORLA is your only answer. They have a MILLION MILE WARANTEE, Use real thick SS to keep the sound at the tailpipe and not in the cab. (Exhaust sound is a very personal choice so you will have to decide that for yourself.)

They are at;

These guys have a pretty decient price for the BORLA systems;

I can relate to your delima. I live in Vermont where there is literally TONS of salt pored on the roads each winter. Even many stainless systems will rot at the welds under these conditions. (After welding, it is no longer SS because the 'temper' has been alterd...clamping is actually BETTER on a stainless system for this reason. ) I have had even the FRAME of a vehicle turn to handfuls of rust after 10 years of Vermont winters.
