The 5.9 in my 4x4 QC is offset toward the passenger side pretty good. How might this impact header applications and/or funtional hoods? I read where it is offset toward the drivers side in RTs.

The engine offset is the same for all engines. The headers are designed for the offset, there is no difference in models, if a header is for a 5.9 it will fit any 5.9. (Dakota) The shaker hoods use an offset air box to keep the scoop in the center of the hood.
