Message: What's anybody know about the new Multi Displacement System for the Hemi that turns off cylinders during non load use? Sounds good. Anybody know anything?

Message: Don't know about this system, but I would hope it is better than the Cadillac 8-6-4 system from some years ago.

Message: The lifters of four cylinders are deactivated under light throttle conditions. There is no combustion, and no air being pumped through the cylinders. There is no 6-cylinder situation, strictly 4/8 cylinders firing as needed.
