Message: I havent looked into the Club Cab, if you have an infant with a rear facing / laydown, their probably isnt room back there. Few things you can try is to get one that is a carrier / carseat with a snap on base and adjustable handle. Leave the hande in the up position, that can buy you about 3-4 Inches whats the max inches that you can put something in the CC. measure it and i can give you some ideas.

Message: There is no such thing. You either have to give up leg room or give up the truck, no real way around it. Any car seat will fit just fine but you will sacrifice leg room on which ever side you put the car seat.
My exwife insisted on buying a Cosco Alpha Omega car seat, which is a relatively large seat. I didn't bother arguing but told her it goes on her side.
2nd child on the way...Solution?...I bought a Quad Cab....

Message: I have a 2000 club cab with an "Alpha Omega" front facing baby/toddler seat in the rear between the two front seats. I removed the top flip down part of the center console to get it in there, but it's locked in there realy tight since it is wedged between the front seats. I had to make a top tie down for the teather out of a small peice of 1" steel since Dodge didn't have the part, but there are bolt holes for a teather tie down under the rear seats back rest.
I haven't put our rear facing baby seat in there yet since there isn't enough room for the front facing baby/toddler seat and a rear facing baby seat in the back. Also,I don't know if a rear facing baby seat would fit in the back between the two front seats because of the handle.
Best of luck and make sure to get that baby seat in there tight enough so a baby elephant would be secure with a 75 MPH front end collision.

Message: We got a "Evenflow Titan 5". It is a rear and front facing seat. My kid is 10 months old so we put it in rear facing on the passanger side. My wife is only 5ft 2in and she barly fits in the passanger seat safely. Once he gets old enugh to turn around we plan on putting him in the middle. The one nice thig is that when I am driveing I can look to my right and just about see him head on. I REALY helps when he get upset. The other nice thing about haveing him in the truck is he can see out the side and back windows so he enjoys the ride more.
