 Subject: Trans cooler warranty?

If I install a trans cooler on my 04 3.7 V6 3.92 will it cause me any warranty problems later if I have tranny problems. Tried to get two dodge dealers to install but they do not show a trans cooler available for the V6 in their parts catalog only for the V8. I thought when you ordered the tow package for the V6 it would come with a cooler but they did not show one with the tow package is this true? I will be towing 2500 lb boat. My truck did not have the tow package when I bought it so I got the receiver hitch and wiring is the trans cooler needed?

It will only void the warrenty if they can prove that the installation caused the failure. See the Moss-Magnusen Act.
