 Subject: chime rings while moving

I have a 01 dakota r/t that started a weird problem today. When ever I'm moving the chime (bonger) in the cab starts. It'll stop when the truck stops moving. I ran the guage test on it and the speedo will not pin. It gets up to 75 and stops. All the other guages will pin ok. I'm not getting any error codes nor is the check engine light coming on. It seems to run fine but the chime is going to drive me crazy real soon.
I reset the system but I'm still getting the bonger.
Any ideas??
