I just ordered my ball joints from carparts.com (JC Whitney) for $193 shipped. I know these things are a hot topic and I didn't really see anyone posting that they bought them from JC Whitney. RockAuto currently says they are "out of stock", so this could be an alternative for the same parts, just a few bucks more.

Part #'s I ordered are for a '00 4WD:
Upper: Moog K7392
Lower: Moog K7395
