Not with my dakota but with my van.(sorry I know it is a little off topic) It is a plymouth and has a 3.0L with 200,000km. As long as I am on the highway there is little oil consumption just did a 12 hour trip and it used 1/2 a liter. But driving around town can use a liter of oil in a couple of weeks. There are no leaks on it but it does puf blue if idling at a light and then you step on it. Any ideas what is wrong with it?
