Message: Don't know about Spicer, but the Moogs are available through Rockauto.com for a very reasonable price, AND they have them for gen2 and gen3 Dakotas. I'm replacing mine this week.

Message: I think the Perfect Circle brand at Autozone is made by Spicer. I used Moogs too, so I don't have any direct experience with them either. Any major brand that has grease fittings should be OK. The only reason ours suck is that they dry out and there is no way to grease them.

Message: Spicer is a brand name owned by dana. The very low end versions are what goes on the drivetrain on our trucks. Just make sure you get the greasable parts if you go with dana spicer. Spicer is a big up and comer for truckers for the CTIS in cab air tire pressure control system and is equipped on the military humvees and on some of the higher end new model trucks and semis/ trailers.
