OK, I have a new (to me) 98 Dakota Extended Cab (2-door), and I have all the parts needed to unreel the spare and jack up the truck... but all the tools to do it do not seem to fit "right" anywhere. Jack is strapped down under an access panel below the passenger-side rear seat. Drivers side rear seat has a larger access panel with the tools & a rubber thingy that holds them together in there. That rubber thing has unused double-stick tape, and the whole assembly kinda just lays there in the larger tray. There are other "sub trays" on both sides under those access panels, but nothing seems to fit there. Where (and how) are these tools and the rubber thing SUPPOSED to go? Thanks!
