Message: Bought a double/double roll bar from grizzly. Anyone know the dimensioning of the base so I can make sure it is square, the directions sure don't?

Message: Just put the whole thing together then use a measure tape to center it within bed. The down tubes mostly center themselves when put together tightly. You'll find the cargo hooks in the front floor bed hinder getting one bolt in each based plate for the front down tubes. Move the double/double uprights back until you can get the most holes while not completely covering up the cargo tie down holes. It should be about 2-3" away from the front of bed.
How'd you get a double/double roll bar? Grizzly only made a double/single when i bought mine a year and a half ago due to bed width. Dam.
I gave pics and install instructions to another member here and he has them on his website. My bookmarks were deleted and I don't remember his website. Maybe he'll catch this thread and respond.
Good-luck, let's see some pics when your done. I would like to see a double/double set-up so I can grope that I don't have it:)

Message: Thanks, just installed it today. Had a few bolts that would not fit. On those that didn't fit, I cut the heads off and jb welded them in so it looks like all of them are there.

Message: I basically did the same thing with the "fake" heads to fill all the holes of base plates. Some pics would be nice! Send'em my way! Thx, Bob.

Message: Silly Billy, I can only hope that if anything flies of my truck it hits u and ur chevy, aside from that... a couple "fake" bolts out of 32 mounting bolts won't hurt u or me so stfu. We're not running the Baja, it is for appearance, otherwise custom frame mount roll bars would be necessary.
