Depends. What gear? What transmission? How much does the trailer weigh? What are you putting in it? Where are you going? What kind of trailer (open or enclosed)?

According to the Dodge website, with 3.55 rear end you can tow 4800 lbs, 3.92 rear gets you 5300 lbs of tow capacity. Thats based on the new 3.7. That should be close. That trailer is pretty long, so would be conservative with the weight and use a Reese hitch to keep it balanced. You of course must have trailer brakes.

First , Check your owners manual, it will have the tow capacity for your truck in it.
Second, If you're only going 4 miles then you won't hurt anything . I wouldn't even worry about trailer brakes if you are not getting up to highway speeds.
Third, The length of the trailer only matters when it come to maneuverability( backing up, corners).
It doesn't sound like the weight is going to be too much. You're not hauling lumber, dirt or another vehicle, you know, something really heavy.

This isn't an every week trip is it? If so all bets are off.

My 93 5speed v6 tipped the scale at just a tick over 10,000lbs, thats truck with a 20' 5th wheel and loaded. I don't know how much the truck weight was unloaded. Other than loosing my cat at 50k miles, I ran that thing for 40k miles total time like that.

I hope that will give you something to go on...
