Ahoy-hoy
Was concidering a checkmate FX cover for my truck.
Was let down by my previouse brand that slowly rubbed away at my sides, and am now in need of rust removal and paint repair.
SO... is the checkmate quality? water tight? caused any kind of damage like chaffing to the bed? etc...

I have a checkmate and it is outstanding. No leaks, low-profile, and the quick release option is nice. I like it alot.
