Subject: Shaky over bumpy ground IP: Logged
Message: I am wondering if my shocks may be bad or something, it seems like when I go over a speed bump or something, the truck will slide a bit to either side. Sort of an unstable feeling, I don't know if it's just me. Also on the freeway, there's this area where it's sort of rippled and when I drive over that area in the car, it's fine and you barely feel anything. But when driving the truck it really shakes my whole body, any ideas guys? I don't want to take it into the stealership yet. Any help would be cool.

Message: depends. IT's hard to say, as much of what you're describing appear to be the normal handling characteristics of a pickup, with that empty bed over those extra stiff rear shocks. Did you buy the truck new or used? HAs it acted like this since you brought it home or is this new behavior?
