Is there any difference in the 00 4.7 and a 01 4.7?
The 00 has the magnum badge 01 does not. Or is it just the badge on the fender?

The '01 has the larger 68mm throttle body; the '00 has a 65mm TB. Even though you start with a smaller TB, if you want to modify, the '00 has a performance edge as you can get the Leach flash for your PCM, but not for '01. Only '00s with the togher emissions package came with 3 cats, I think all '01s did. Those are the only differences I'm aware of.
