 Subject: Radiator flush

I just went out to do a simple flush but can't get the radiator to drain. The plug turns 180 degrees but no fluid. 99 R/T by the way. Am I doing something wrong? Dose it turn more or pull out??? Thanks for the help

Did you take the pressure cap off first and remove the drain bolts in the block?
