I have a 1988 dodge dakota with a 2.2 4 banger and have a 318 fro an 1987 fifth ave i want to put in it can i just get the motor mounts for the v8 dakota and put it in or will i need more?

If you can find the mounts and the perches that bolt to the frame from a 91 318 Dakota you would be set.Or you can buy a conversion kit from engine-swaps.com or hensleyracing.net.Alo you are going to need the proper oil pan and I do not belive they are availabe any longer from dodge but I am not sure on that but engine-swaps do have them. One more thing is that the 92 and newer mounts are no good for your 318 as they changed when they went to the magnum. I hope this helps.
