That really depends on what you want it for. The Hemi Ram is more powerful than the F-150, but the torque curve on the F-150 is better for truck duty. The back seat of the Ram quad cab is more comfortable than the F-150 ext cab's but the F-150 Supercrew is more comfortable and has more backseat legroom than the Ram, but you have to sacrifice a little bed space. The interior of the F-150 is much nicer than the Rams, but the Ram comes with a 5-speed auto instead of 4 like the Ford. The F-150 will be better off-road because of the approach and departure angles, but if your going to lift either one, thats probably not a concern.
If you want something that will last you a long time, check out the Toyota Double Cab. The backseat has plenty of room and the bed space is in between the Ram Quad and the Ford Supercrew. It is actually faster than the F-150 but won't keep up with the Ram (unless you have Toyota install a supercharger, which fits right in with their warranty).
To be honest, I wouldn't even consider a Durango given their reputation with this vehicle combined with the fact that it is a brand new design.
