Message: I hate seeing a question go unanswered and since I've seen this one a few times I'll take a stab at it. No they can't void your warranty. Just because an aftermarket part is on your car does not void your warranty. Now if they can prove your part did something to damage another part in your car then they can refuse to honor the warranty to cover whatever items was damaged because of your add on. They can't just void coverage on everything because of one part. If you are that concerned about it, take off your MSD when you go into the dealer. I know some in the past have had a warranted voided for whatever reason and they went to the zone rep to clear things up. There is legislation that covers this it's called the Magnusson-Moss Act of 1975. Here is one parts supplier's take on this act: http://www.pmtchips.com/showpages.asp?pid=1000
