For anyone who has done the Cam swap on the 4.7l and used the spanner tool and the wedge, do yoiu still have these tools and do you wanna let them go for a small price.

according to one manufacturer you can get them cheap at any well known auto parts store. I need them myself and will check tomorrow. I'll let you know if you havnt found them already.

Just make em. I did. A triangle piece of 1x4 with a hole drilled in it and string tied on...thats your wedge. Mine worked fine.

Two long screw drivers to put through the cam gears....theres your spanner wrench. Mine worked fine.

I did a friends 4.7, and mine on the same day. He made the wedge out of plywood. The dimensions and pictures of the store bought one are in the archives. Sorry, I"m not going to look for you, I'm busy.

You'll need an assortment of extensions, torque wrenches, etc. Look for install tips in the archives, it'll really help.
