Message: Think yoiure overdue by about 50K. usually stock shocks go out at abotu 30-40. mine were wasted at abotu 35 000. my wifes lasted till 60K
I would rock the truck side to side and see if it settles /stops rocking quick. Usually worn shocks will show a wear pattern on the tires or have a mushy floating feeling when youre driving and hit some uneven road that makes the car bounce like a pog stick
if you have none of those problems then your shocks are probably still working. a new set will make the truck feel tighter especially if they are a little stiffer than stock

Message: Mine has about 200 K and the back end feels really stiff. Also you can hear them sqeak when hitting a pump in the road. I don't know when this truck has had any new shocks but I'm going to get them replaced soon.
