Ever notice how much gas you go through when it's 20 below 0? Ever notice how 1/4 times drop the hotter it gets?

I guess I wasn't clear enough. My question was really, are there ideal theoretical temperatures (like the 182 degree coolant for max HP thing) where each quality is maximized, and above or below that things start to go south?
