I plan on getting my driver and passenger side windows professionally tinted next month. I never had my windows tinted on any car I owned before, so could you guys give some estimates as to what are decent and fair prices I should get as estimates? Don't want to get ripped off. I'm thinking between $70 and $90. Not sure. Thanks in advance.

I'd expect to pay up to 150 bucks. If you want a good job done and you want some quality tint that won't turn purple in a month.

My quad, came with the rear door and rear slider window tint. First few weeks, I had the front doors done, to match, at the legal limit, professionally, lifetime guarantee, for $90.
I ALWAYS LAUGH WHEN I SEE A CAR, OR TRUCK, THAT HAS THE FRONT WINDOWS UNTINTED, BUT THE REARS TINTED! HOW LAZY COULD YOU BE, WHY GET ANY TINT THEN, I SEE EVEN DAKS, DRIVING AROUND THAT WAY FOR YEARS!!!!

I own an SLT Quad Cab, I posted about getting my front windows tinted, and even answered his ? about how much I paid to have it done.
So, how in the **&%%, do you think I didn't know they came from the factory without front window tint?
Mr, ME, what an _______. It's because many of the states have different laws about the front window tint, rather than made multiple tints on the fronts, they leave the fronts untinted, so you can tint them yourself.
THAT'S WHY IT MAKES ME LAUGH WHEN I SEE AN UNTINTED, SEVERAL YEAR OLD DAK!
Isn't it time for you to go pack fudge with your stepfather again?

it cost me $80 for the rear and the 2 front windows on a reg. cab. the guy did an outstanding job and still looks perfect a year later. it was just 1 guy that had his own business so i dont really know what everyone else charges.

May sound crazy to you, but maybe some people just honestly don't care whether they have a front tint to match the back and having matching tints just isn't a priority for them.

Thanks for the responses guys...just out of curiousity, does anyone know if tinting the side windows to match factory tint illegal in michigan? I went to two websites already and both did not have information on tint laws in michigan when it came to the two front windows.

NO eddy, actually it doesn't sound crazy to have a different set of priorities, than worring about your front window tint.
Sorry I come accross that way sometimes.
For me, my biggest priority, starts with the well being of my two small boys 7mos, and 3 yrs, and my wifes' well being, and trickles down from there to shelter, food, lifestyle, a future, the list is endless. Somewhere nearer the end, is my catamaran sailing, my truck, etc.
Next time, I'll just answer the question, without an editorial about which windows are tinted, etc.
