The relay is good on asd. The fuel pump starts.
There is no spark from the coil. The code reader flashes that it can't get a reading for the oxygen sensor, oxygen heater, Evap. system, or Cat.
There isn't s splice downstream from the PDC.I went 14-16 inches from the pdc connector.
I replaced the coil, but am completely stumped.
I get no codes.
Checked the code reader on a dfferent vehicle to make sure it was operating properly.

Would like to add. I have 130,000 miles. I changed oil and transmission fluid and changed the power mirrors. Yes. I am about to go out and diconnect the mirrors even though I know there isn't anyway they could be connected. Its a matter of eliminating possibilities.

Check the Ignition module under the distributer cap it might be finished. If there is a lack of silicone grease on the bottom of the module it will heat up and burn out. The grease is there to help disipate the heat. I think to remove it is simalar to the GM module...Remove 2 screws without losing them at the back of the firewall unplug the electrical connectors connected to the module and lift up and out. I think they are about $180 bucks. Up here in Canada.

The only module in the distributor is the CPS. CDAK is smoking DAK CRACK.
Have you ever replaced the cap and rotor?

Replaced plug wires, MSD 8.5, Cap rotor, 2 months ago. Pulled cap off this time and replaced with new one just because I had a new one in the cabinet
