From what I've heard there will be no changes from the 2001 model. Prices went up about $100 on a base RC, so probably about $400 tops on a loaded QC. You should even still be able to choose between the 5.9 and 4.7 still. There is a new orange color, but it actually came out as a late 2001 color. The dealers no have all ordering information for the 2002 in the computers now and they should start building them in late August. The only thing you loose on is they don't have the $2000 rebate, yet.

Man, I hope you are right. I'm gonna wait till about January and order me a 2002 Dakota Sport 4.7L 5 speed 3.92 LS. I hope their is some kind of rebate in affect at that time. If nothing changes from 2001 to 2002 on the 4.7L then I should be pretty good to go on performance parts.
