 Subject: P0700 code

I have a 2001 Dakota Quad Cab with a 4.7 V8 and auto transmission. I am getting a code of P0700 after the transmission jerks hard and the check engine light comes on. Anyone know what is up with this the dealer has looked at it at least 3 times and it still happens.

code 0700-The automatic transmission computer or Aisin computer has a problem
I have no idea what an Aisin comp is ,its a cut and paste from a list of OBDII codes I have.
