 Subject: uploading pictures

I was tryin to upload pictures for my profile and thumb nail. When I took the pictures with the digital camera I set it on the lowet possible graphics setting (vga) and it came out to about 145k for each picture. I have no clue how to shrink these down any mor. I think the camera is a sony cybershot if that helps. thanks for any help guys

Try resizing the picture with a program on your computer, or if you want you can send the picture to my e-mail and I can rezize it to what size you need.
