I have a 2003 SXT Club Cab with 3500 miles. The other day pulling out of a parking lot I heard a noise in the front. I had the wheel cut all the way to the right pulling foward and I heard like a grind or pop. Is this a bad ball joint? And if it is should I have the dealer replace with the same crappy joint?

Mine did the the same thing, dealer lubed the bump stops for the steering and it went away. Doubt it`s your ball joints this early(3500 right). Just take it to the dealer and "duplicate the problem" for them and they should fix it.

I would like to read and maybe sign on to the class action law suit about the early failure of the ball joints. I would like know how to follow up on the subject action taken.
