I just got a Email from some guy by the name of James Lease.. Do any of you know him? He post on the jeep board all the time and I think he's a qeer.
Anyway, can you tell me about reliablity of the '96 modle year Dakota?
Mine is a 2x4 239V6 and I think the rear is a 3.42

Yeah your right. He is by 199.9%.
I think both him and his partner LQ has a very bad case of VD up there @SS.
But if you looking for a '96. You might want to get it checked out before you buy it. I was going to by a '96 like the one you mentioned.
I drove it back to the dealer (ford dealer) and gave them back the keys after I found out it needed over one thousand dollars worth of repairs.
