I have a 1999 Dakota (v6) with 99,000 miles. I've only had it since last winter, and I had my license suspended for 6 months in June. I haven't been able to drive since then. A few times I've had a friend drive it while his car was in the shop, but not for about 2 months now. I start it up and run it until it's warm a few times a week and everything seems fine, but I don't really know without driving it.

My question is, do any of you have any tips about what to do when I get to driving again? (I'll have my license again Jan 21st) I mean I'll have the oil changed and that sort of thing, but what kind of work/maintenance will it need after sitting like that for so long? I know it's a bad thing to do to the truck but I really have no choice since I can't drive. Any suggestions would help - thanks in advance.
