 Subject: Oil leaking Hose

Hello All
My 1999 Dakota 5.2 4x4 has a oil?? leaking down on the frame on the pass side in front of the tire. tracing the oil seems to be coming fron a hose with a cap assembly up behind the radiator in between the A/C lines. The engine oil shows full, tranny fluid is full (hot), truc is driving OK. The line goes down to the frame and under the truck. Any ideas why it is leaking and what type of lube it is??? The line looks to be some sort of vent, but the weather is too bad to get under the truck today, and what would cause fluid to push out anyways
