 Subject: Anyone know of 1500 boards?

I'm having trans probs with my 2001 1500 and I wonder if anyone knows of a board somewhere. I'm still under warranty and have 9 repair orders so far for the trans and things have actually gotten worse and they even replaced the entire trans !

I'd post the prob anyway, a lot of things are common on the 2 trucks, and some people are mechanics and can give advice anyway!

Thanks AJ, DTW...will check that url right away. Seems my auto trans on my 2001 1500 sticks in second under certain operating conditions, i.e. pulling hard from a stop, getting on an onramp when I hit it and it downshifts or worst of all when I go to pass at say 60 or 65 on even a slight grade...then it downshifts all the way from overdrive to 2nd and hangs there actually slowing the vehicle to 45 all of a sudden. Anyone had this happen and if so were you still under warranty and what did Dodge do that fixed it when you took it in? Thanks in advance to anyone that has anything on this.

Thanks Check This..that cable adjust was one of the first things Dodge tried and it didn't help the problem at all. I'll keep looking for an answer though, since my truck is unsafe to drive. Thanks 92 Dakota 4x4...I'm looking around that site too..pretty interesting.
