 Subject: Westin Safari Bar with PIAA 520's

I have a '98 Dakota and would like to mount add a Westin Safari Bar and a set of PIAA 520 Crystal Ion Driving Lights to it. Westin's web sight says the bar can fit 6" lights. PIAA's web sight shows the lights are 6 1/4". I asked Westin and they said they've never tested PIAA's on their light bar. Has anyone done this? Do they fit without modification? I live in Ohio, so I also have to be able to fit a front license plate in there. Thanks for any help you can provide!
