Message: THAT IS THE TUBE THAT COMES FROM THE AIR INJECTION PUMP.IF THE SYSTEM IS THE SAME AS MY 91 DAK THE OX SENSOR IS MOUNTED IN THE CAT ITS SELF.THE SENSOR LOOKS LIKE A SPARK PLUG AND IS MOUNTED ON TOP OF THE CAT.IT WILL HAVE 2 WIRES COMING OUT OF IT.THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO MOUNT BACK IN THE EXHAUST PIPE.I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU CAN MAKE IT TO AN EXHAUST SHOP.TAKE IT THERE AND HAVE THEM PUT A NEW HIGH FLOW CAT ON AND A NEW OX SENSOR.

Message: You did say it is fuel injected, right? If it is dying after it gets hot, one possibility if vapor lock. I know that many people are going to say that fuel injected vehicles don't vapor lock because of the fuel pressure needed to feed a fuel injection system, but I have had this happen. Because the fuel pump was going bad, it allowed vapor lock. Anyways, repairs are expensive, and if you just keep replacing parts based on possibilites that you find on this board, you may get lucky and solve the problem, or you may end up spending way more than you need to.
Bottom line: It sounds like one problem is resolved, only to be replaced by another. I would go your local Better Business Bureau website (start with WWW.BBB.Org) and find a reputable mechanic to properly diagnose the problem before you end up spending way too much on it.

Message: If there are noise regs in your area you will have to put an exhaust system on it. If not, you should be ok, just be sure to keep the windows open since Carbon Monoxide can enter the cab and kill you. Be careful since it is odorless and colorless.
As far as the vapor lock goes, your throttle body system runs at the same pressure as a carborated system. This could be the problem... I really don't have any experience with tb systems.
