Subject: What are the odds?? IP: Logged
Message: Hey everyone, I just wanted to know the answer to this question: What are the chances of me finding a genIII dakota, V8 5-speed manual, club cab, 4x4 w/ 60 to 70,000K for around $12,000 or less in central Indiana. Or should I just give up looking, lol. Hope you guys can help. Thanks,
Aaron

Message: Forgot to mention, I can fix lightly a lightly crashed truck, provided there's no frame damage. I've fixed trucks w/ frame damage, but don't want to skrew w/ it. Thanks again everyone.

Message: Try getauto.com It might give you an idea of what the dealers are asking for what your looking for.

Message: I'm in your same area and ended up finding mine at a Ford Dealer no less.
Go to www.cars.com and do a search. It will bring up any that are listed at a dealer and even some classified adds. Keep looking around. I would even go to a Dodge dealer and see if they can call around. Don't be afraid to talk the price down either. Luckily we live in Indiana which is Truck capital of the midwest.

Message: Well, thanks for the vote of confidence. I've been looking for a little while now, I've tested out a couple of trucks. One w/ the 5.2 and one with the 4.7, both had an auto though. I really like the 4.7 better, it seems to have more torque. Perhaps I'm too picky, considering the only truck I found w/ the setup I want was in PA. Anyway, I don't really care, I don't graduate college for another year and a half. Just as long as I can get one before then, cause I get married about 4 mo. after I graduate, and I gotta help pay for that too. I just figured it'd be nice to get my new-to-me dakota paid off first, lol. If anyone hears about anything that fits me, I'd appreciate a heads up, my email is akeberha@iupui.edu, or aaron_eb@hotmail.com. Thanks again everyone, you guys rock!!
