 Subject: Lookin For 4.7 Liter in the Houston area

Hey People I decided to keep my 99 Dakota SLT. But I want to put a 4.7 in it. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one in the Houston with wiring harness & computer. Also if I put a V-8 in my V-6 Dakota will I have a hard time gettin it to pass emissions? Will my transmission in my truck bolt up to the 4.7? Also is it really worth the change over to a V-8. I'm willing to trade my V-6 & some cash if anyone is intrested. My Motor has almost 76000 Miles on it. Appricate all input information.
