That's like asking how much a green car costs!
Contact reputable body shops in your area and get estimates.
Different areas of the country and differing qualities of shops will give a very wide band of cost. A show quality might cost twice to three times that of a 'street job' and Earl Scheib might only charge $99.00

I had my lower valance and rear bumper inserts painted. they were not preped. (textured gray plastic) I paid $300.
I think I could have found someone to do it for less but I was happy to pay extra for the quality job I got in return. the roll pan should be preped already, so that should save a little money.
