Subject: Need Help!!! Whirring noise when I turn IP: Logged
Message: I own a stock 2001 4.7L QC. In the last week or so, I've noticed a whirring sound coming from the rear of my vehicle whenever I make a right or left turn, regardless of how tight the turn is. The noise gets louder at higher speeds. I'm guessing it's a bearing going bad somewhere, but thought I would ask the experts here on the board their thoughts on what the noise might be coming from.
Any ideas anyone???
Thanks for any help you can provide....

Message: Its your rear differential. Probably LSD. Change the fluid. Synthetic if possible.
