 Subject: Wheel Flares?

Does anyone know if dodge dealerships will sell a single wheel flare for the 2004 dodge dakota or do I have to buy a set of four? I ask because recently my truck had a slight run in with a tree and one of my rear wheel flares was damaged beyond repair. Luckly besides the wheel flare, a minor dent and a slight scratch my truck is fine. Also my power steering failed a few minutes before the accident and was was a direct cause of the damage (wasnt able to turn the wheel fast enough to compansate for a fishtail) so do I have any chance of getting Dodge to pay for the repairs?

You can get individual flares, but one costs about 1/2 the cost of just getting a full set of 4.
I sell the sets for $220 shipped.
