Message: if it's when you push the clutch in, that sounds like the throw out bearing. how many miles? maybe it's time for all 3, clutch, pressure plate and t/o/b.

Message: It is possible that the noise that you are hearing is normal. Some times when you shift hard and or fast, can cause the transmission gears to make a clunking/ rattling noise. This could be caused by gear lash. This noise is ok. Gear lash is the amount of movement (slop) between two gears. This is wanted for proper lubrication between the gears. If you can get it to happen in almost all fast shifts, with no other noises, I wouldnt worrie about it.
Hope this helps!
