Check out www.jburg.net. Some of my boys there have run high 13's in their stock Mustangs (one is an '02 and the other is an '00). John (the guy with the '00 GT) just recently ran a 13.8 on street tires. He's got a damn mutant, I think.

Stangs may not be fast enough for some out of the factory, but you cant beat the power to dolar ratio..for the price it is a great car..not the fastest out there by any maens but it holds its own...Plus with some mods (which we all do anyway) you will have a sweet ass car

The Subaru Forester XT (grocery getter) AWD does 13.8 stock. I was pretty shocked.
